Emerald City Clinic (ECC) uses enthusiastic, cooperative, and personalized service delivery to improve lives.

ECC stresses cross-disciplinary team effort and synchronization of services to evince meaningful changes for people with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in all aspects of their lives. Our systematic application of each intervention is geared to increase socially significant behavior and mitigate against responding that may hamper an individual’s ability to learn.

Grounded in the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA), we operate using evidence-based practices to foster growth within individualized programming for skill acquisition. ECC guides students through the maintenance of these skills with programmed generalization.

ECC offers a team of caring and accomplished professionals that help each unique student unlock their potential. Our highly trained and dedicated staff is here to help you each step of the way.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) presents uniquely for each individual with possible persistent deficits in social communication and social interaction across multiple contexts, including deficits in social-emotional reciprocity, deficits in nonverbal communication, deficits in developing, maintaining and understanding relationships; restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior, sensory issues, fixated interests, limit of shared interest range, and insistence on sameness.

ASD can be comorbid with language-based and / or intellectual disabilities with varying ranges of severity; may be associated with a known medical or genetic condition, or with another neurodevelopmental, mental, or behavioral disorder(s)(DSM-5).
